At the MetaNook 2013 I held a talk about the Raphaël JavaScript library.

The talk starts with a discussion of the differences between raster- and vector graphics. It continues by illustrating some of the possible benefits from using vector graphics. Motivated by that we look into usage of the Raphaël library to build vector graphics in the browser.
